This is so spot on!! When I first started my adventure I was told by, Mister Martell (http://blogs.spheric.ca/dmartell), to go read "Love is the killer App" by Tim Sanders (http://www.amazon.com/Love-Killer-App-Business-Influence/dp/060960922X). Reading this was like a shock. Compassion, network, and knowledge are the keys to success. But it's doing these things not with the intention to succeed but to just better yourself and others around you. We don;t all love to read, but there are so many easy ways to gain knowledge, podcasts, blogs, articles, audio books, just asking questions. The more you know the bigger and faster you'll grow, we all remember those early Saturday morning commercials (http://www.themoreyouknow.com/).
